Cape Terrigan is a great zone for BST to XP in and you can farm your BST Testimony here.

No reason not to farm for this weapon while you XP and look for your Testimony.

spent forever getting this, expecting it to be similar to the sirocco dagger for thf. this thing has a proc rate of about 5% max. nowhere near the cool 100 of the dagger. not worth the time to camp.
