Potion +3  

I am currently at level 55 Alchemy and have synthed hundreds of Potions. I usually synth them in hopes of getting a +3 mainly due to boredom, but I also like to help out the newbies by giving them Potions as a lifesaver in the early levels. Believe me, 50 HP goes a long way from 1-10.

So far, only the +1 and +2 versions pop up every so often, but never a +3. Grammar was bad in that, I know. =P

My question: What level does the +3 version pop up around?

I would like to be able to HQ 3 this consistently for my own leveling purposes. Such a cheap synth and I could get the benefit of a Hi-potion. (100 HP)

Since leveling Alchemy slows down around 50+, I can't depend on Hi-potions fully. Money and skill are lacking. I can easily make 12 Potions for 2k. Am I not high enough in skill to get HQ 3 or am I leaving other factors out of the equation?
