Blind doesn't protect against Breakga, the AoE Petrify that I so love to see as the RDM kiter in our UO set, Breakga is just a spell so it makes no difference with or without eye contact.
Yes, if you are blind, you will NOT be affected by gaze attacks. Unless you get the PCC, using them isn't really cost efficient though. :\
Does this negate Gaze attacks? Silence potion negates curse, Poison potion negates sleep, Is it logical to assume you can't be affacted by gaze attacks while blinded?

I was at work today thinking of how my RDM got pwnt because of petrification the other day and I thought the same thing. I would like someone to answer this question.. Theoreticlly.. since you don't get pet while not facing the mob I think that blind would have the same effect.

Big question I have is how much does the blind potion lower your acc? As a lvl 56war/nin, tanking isn't all that fun right now due to the war low evasion, so at 57 i'm hoping this along with two bat earrings will make all better. I'm just worried about still being able to hit an IT crab in Boy. Tree while blinded. Can anyone help me out with this info? Thanks
to add to the other guy these would give you the eva+ u desire, BUT at a steep price. these seem to be twice as strong as the spell blind but not as strong as flash. so your acc would be hurt badly so your hate gain/control would also be hurt even with sushi.
How about this for info: War dont rely on evasion to tank. Thats why you get all that shiny armor and high Vit. You should have a backup tank anyway or just take the hits after your shadows are down. You won't go down like a Ninja ;) And screw +eva stuff, go with +def/vit or offensive stats.
The lightning+Nebis+mecury caps HIGHER than 27. I just hit 27 and I'm still getting skillups off this combination. o.o Boy was I surprised (and happy!) to keep getting skillups. I didn't get any after 28 though, but I only synthed like 3 times... May or may not cap at 28, but it doesn't cap at 27!
i know that poison and venom potion is so that u wont get sleep by the enemy and sleeping potion is so that u wont get poisoned by the enemy and silencing potion is to pass a high level zone !

There are some items, that when blinded, grant you a special effect. In this case, Bat Earrings grant you +15 Evasion while blinded. These potions would, therefore, allow you to activate this effect at your own discretion.
