The above is wrong, I'm grouped with a Summoner right now and I don't gain the +15MP from the earring. I've unequipped and re-equipped the earring several times, even tried with the Summoner's pet out, it didn't work. Either there's more needed to trigger the latent effect or the info is wrong.

EDIT: Nevermind, the effect finally triggered. Strangely enough it seems to take awhile to actually kick in...
