This item is NOT overrated. This is the best neck item for most melees and rangers. An extra +5 range accuracy is HUGE. +2 agi = +1 range accuarcy.
I did not believe it till I saw it with my eyes, and I joined a party with 4 rangers and 2 rdm all of top equipment. With the peacock charm, the 4 rangers were able to kill mobs 2~3 levels higher than normal. We were able to hit chain 7.
People pay millions at higher level for an extra +1 or +2 to their items, because it IS worth it if you want to fight mobs higher level than normal.

Thank you for the information, UclaPaul. Also, congratulations on being able to get chain 7. That is quite an accomplishment. I have seen rangers in action, and I know what they can do. The highest chain I have personally witnessed is chain 6, so you have my respect.
