Being that the only other neck piece that gives a higher boot to all Resists is a Goldsmithing 90 recipe, requiring some very expensive materials, this is a nice piece to macro into a Magic Defense/Resist macro, it's usefullness only increased by the fact that you won't blink when swapping this.

This charm is a great for any blm
as some may have said, this may be worthwhile against an avatar's 2hr in a prime fight, you might as well waste your headgear spot on the Blue Ribbon you get from the quest Blue Ribbon Blues for added elemental defence.

In any case, I'm inclined to agree. A lv. 50 necklace should be able to do better than +6 to most (not even all!) of the elements.
