is there a way you can check your fame
I haven't gotten any rse items yet (time ran out >.<) but I do know you DON'T need level 3 fame in your starting country. I got the quest, and I have level 1 fame in windurst (my starting country). so, you need level 1 fame, and I suggest an escort, that has done the quests before. Also, make SURE you have enough time left, lol. thanks for the counter viper ^^

other nation fame doesn't matter specifically, it's the fact that you need Jeuno Fame of 2, which, one of the ways Jeuno fame is increased, is by raising other nation's fame.

basiclly to do rse quest u need bout lvl 3 fame in any nation but it would be better in your own nation

This is NOT starting gear. It's Mithra RSE. This is red, the starting one is white.

This item is part of a quest given during your race/sex specific game week by a goblin in the junk shop in lower jueno. you must got to one of 3 different places and kill mobs for key in which to open chests that contain a paper. give that to the goblin and recieve a piece of your RSE. keys can be hunted at anytime but only open the chests on your specific week.

wow yes the info on it is messed up it is for mithra only and is not starting gear they have it a little mixed up with the starting RSE for mithra but even then not all races can wear it lol.
