it all matters what day it is. for example: this weapon would have more chance of the extra damage on ICE day.

Still the crappy 5-10% of the time (and the crappy extra damage doesn't help any).

I know that plain Additional Effects only kick in maybe 5-10% of the time... But if it's against a certain TYPE of monster, is it any different? 100% of the time? 50% maybe? Or still the crappy 5-10% of the time? :P
