I have a question, I'm a lvl 16 Galka Monk and I can't chose between the San d'Orian cesti and the Bastokan knuckles. Do you know which one is better for my character?

I bought them because of the +38 delay which is really low, and the good part: it still had damage, and attack +!!!, and btw, i have fire items like hell, so this was good for the collection ^^. + The tropical punches with +0 delay, are exspensive

they worth bout 10,000 iv seen em sometimes go to 15,000 but they worth it..

I'm looking for a pair of these, but where can I get a pair, through a quest, some spot that has conquest points items, or crafted? I found some in AH, but too expensive for me atm.
