Actually, this is pretty nice for a RNG/NIN dual-wielding this and the Trailer's Kukri, if they use 2 daggers. Yes, people do use other weapons, but this is one of the best AGI giving ones I've found so far. As for your question, this would help with just about any AGI based ability or WS. I would suggest using it, unless you find something equal or better.

At the low levels (Pre 51) equipment selection should vary by player race so you can enhance other rdm essential stats that your character does not possess.

Rough guidelines(however, one should consider all available options as they level to get maximum increase- often the most expensive items arent the best). . .
Elvan have good hp, poor mp, high mnd, low int- So equipment should increase int, and max mp(with -hp not being a large concern)

Galka have max hp, min mp, ok mnd, low int- so RSE type equipment which enhances INT/MP is good, as well as -hp/+mp equipment.

Hume have good hp, good mp, good mnd, good int- so +INT/+MND gear is quite useful, as well as either +MP gear pre lvl 40- and possibly +HP gear to balance out hp/mp for convert JA(Lv40).

Mithra have ok hp, good mp, good mnd, ok int- so +INT gear is typically the best, as well as MP/HP gear as mentioned above (hume).

Taru have min hp, max mp, low mnd, high int- so +int/+mp gear is not a major concern, one should avoid -hp gear unless they are extremely careful with AoE attacks- typically +MND gear (or INT/MND equip macros) are the best option.

If your reading this and wondering why would RDM want INT/MND its because the typicall "RDM" spells are of the debuffing variety, and some use INT, some use MND- the attributes increase accuracy, and potency(mostly duration).

INT spells= Gravity, Blind, Bio, BLM Debuffs(shock, frost, rasp, drown, burn, choke, etc), Elemental Magic

MND spells= Paralyze, Slow, Dia, Enhancing Magics(protect, shell, regen, refresh, haste), Healing Magic

However, i am not completely sure of the effects of MND on some of the enhancing magics this is purely speculation.

As for lvl 51+ the "Main" equipment should be limited to 'Elemental Staves' ONLY.
Each of the spells corresponds to an element in the FFXI universe- the color next to the spell in magic list shows which element the spell corresponds with- and the same color/element stave should be equipped prior to casting the spell(change can occur during spellcast).

Some examples. . .
Gravity= Wind Staff
Paralyze/Bind= Ice Staff
Slow= Earth Staff
Dia= Light Staff
Bio/Blind= Dark Staff
Poison= Water Staff

The Dark Staff is the most essential of all the staves, as it provides a +10mp/healing bonus, and light staff is also extremely usefull for healing purposes(it is often more efficient to support cure than use elemental magic- as pt can use the prolongled life of more HP to deal damage; theoretically, DDs would be unable to deal damage without cures, so the player casting cures should consider themselves responsible for the damage dealt. [rant] so dont waste 200 mp to cast a elemental spell for 50 damage (resisted) when you could cure a DD capable of dealing 500DMG.[/rant] Typically, elemental magic should only be used if you have "too much mp"(constantly full), or for MB purposes.

There are other equipment possibilities for specific situations, and or moments; depending on your inventory capacity, and wallet capacity^^, /equip macros can be extremely usefull; however, i cant give you all my secrets- but feel free to contact me on Gilgamesh if you have any questions concerning job specific strategies.
