as stated above, i am 21 goldsmith atm, and gained .1 synthing this. cap is probably higher, 25-27 maybe?

u get the royal archer sword from guards at gate or in embassy, the sword is a rank 1, 1000 conquest point item. then synth the san do and kingdom swords from it

Don't know specific levels, but I was still getting points off it at level 25, and still failed 1/4th of the time without the buff. So its somewhere in that range. Perfect synth is the Kingdom Sword

In order to get this item as well as other kingdom items, San D'Oria must be #1 or maybe #2 in conquest rank, and since, on my server at least, this hardly ever happens, I am not likely to see these items unless im filthy rich :(
Conquest Items are bought from gate gaurds usually with the letters R.K. I.M. or W.W. you just need conquest points to buy these items no n00b ever listen to this guy.

I think you get them from synth. the item you get from the guards with something and result is a San d'Orian or a Kingdom item if you get a prefect synth.

Yes, San d'Oria from doing their missions. I think you can buy it once you're at rank 2. Just talk to a guard at the gates.

I have seen numerous items like this on auction, with low level requirement, excellent stats, and seeming ties to the various kingdoms; does anyone know where the items come from?.. I have not been able to find any details through online resources, nor do they seem to be conquest rewards.
