I've noticed that depending on the phase of the moon, if its New Moon or Full Moon, changes the list of items sold by NPCs. For example, on New Moon days the NPC in Ru'lude Gardens near the AH sells the Libation Abj. If anyone else can confirm this theory, it would be appreciated.

i should consider in investing in a GS since when i get to lvl 66 its going to be needed alot
Does it depend is Sandy is ranked 1st? I know cities ranked 1st have lots of extra stuff to sell in their shops.

I just checked this NPC and no Darksteel Claymore for sale in her list. this is wrong.

I'm thinking of getting this or glorious sword. It is 50k in AH of jeuno in Midgardsormr and there is only one in stock last time I checked. I only have about 50k to :/ so should I spend all my gil considering that I probably won't need anything else until 60+
