It would seem that this would be used as cheap tank food. I would recommend the goblin bread for ninja tanks, as it lowers charisma to help them hold hate better.
Apparently all three Sandy vendors do not offer White Bread unless Sandy is #1 in conquest. 'Searched high and low and got no love for my efforts when Sandy was in second and third place...

Oh, but it does... Guild shop NPCs are annoyingly realistic as in they get inventory, they sell it and they can run out. Also they might not even get any in! They restock every time they open, and if they don't get the time to retock they don't even list it for sale. If you camped the fishing guild trying to get cobalt jellyfish you'd be very familar with this.

Not quite true. There are many items that the guilds only stock when they are sold them, this is one of them. Most of the more "rare" items are only stocked when they are sold to the guilds.

The exceptional crafting for this is "Pain de Neige" I believe. The crafting yields 4, however I have no idea what the effects are from this item yet. When I actually get a chance to eat the item, I will post the effects here as soon as possible. All I know is that it increases vitality by 5.
By the way, I created the exceptional craft on Watersday, 77% Waxing Gibbous Moon, at 17:30 with no imagery on. My skill level at the moment was 42.
