I crafted one of these while skilling up cooking and so I figured I would try it out. I got 25 mp, 25 hps, and +5 attack but it only lasted 10 minutes. I have been using the NQ version of this while leveling up BST and they last 30 mins. I was surprised to see this wear off so fast considering how dificult they are to come by.

Is it possible to make these with bird eggs instead of lizard eggs, like you can with hard boiled eggs? Just curious- I'm a loooong way from ever making them *L*

Daedra, Lizard eggs can be used as well as bird eggs in this recipe. The difference is, bird eggs skill cap at 2 points higher than lizard eggs, meaning you can go to 66 if you use lizard eggs, and 68 if you use bird eggs.

yes, i believe bird and lizard eggs are the same when it comes to cooking
In general it seems that using bird eggs instead of lizard eggs raises the skill cap of a recipe by 2.
