I got a little bored waiting for my insect paste to sell on the AH, so I decided to try to make one of these. On the twelfth synthesis, facing west, on a 38% waning crescent firesday, with 25 cooking skill, I finally made one.

Check the AH first, then attempt to make, don't make then decide that you cannot make profit if all you end up with is NQ's.

You could HQ at level 1, however the chance is very small, wait until around level 13 for a 10% chance.
Im not a newbie in lvls but I never cooked so how much is this worth? In money ^^ not guild points.

Grilled Corn is the HQ(high quality) synth of roasted corn. The higher your cooking skill the higher chance you have of getting a HQ synth.

Yes, this is the high quality (HQ) version of Roasted Corn. Chances increase to make HQ food items with the higher cooking skill you have.
Roasted corn is listed as having HP 6 Dex -1 Vit 3. Does Grilled Corn have additional HP boost?
I think you get this if you make a "perfect roll" (you'll see a different effect while synthesizing if that happens) while making roasted corn.
