Flagellant's Crossbow

It might cost a lot more then the heavy crossbow because it's dropped by an extremely difficult NM Shadow. Just an opinion, though - never went against it myself.
I don't know, but it's driving me crazy...
Literally, the exact same stats as the Heavy Crossbow, it's just 8 levels later and (on my server) 40k+ more than the heavy... there has to be something to it.
Flagellant itself means:
1. One who whips, especially one who scourges oneself for religious discipline or public penance.
1. One who seeks sexual gratification in beating or being beaten by another person.

What are the stats and hidden effects of this crossbow?
im thinkin this does have hidden effects
i have a Heavy Crossbow for my war, and its the exact same stats as the flagellant's xbow, except u can use this at lv 60
the price difference is quite big on fairy
remember the kungfu shoes and the company sword both have hidden effects too that are not on any description on the weapon

The reason she asks is because there is an item called the Flagellant's Rope that _does_ have a latent effect. That effect is Haste +8% when paralyzed. So it's only logical to ask if this other "flagellant's" item has some conditional effect as well. Oh, and I see that some asshat has rated her down for asking a totally reasonable question... Fixed.
