Windy is in 3rd on Odin and I am unable to attain this for my SMN which isn't lvl 10 yet, but I still want to get this dag nabbit(have to sound like an old man for a sec). So I don't know what to do.

I got it by getting it from a friend, but it can be purchased for 1000 conquest points at the guy who casts signet on you at the Leviathans Gate in windhurst Woods.

Windurst is in 3rd place on my server and I still get the option of all of these for 1000 points.

Windurst is currently in First Place on my server, and I can get this staff for 1000 conquest points.

My bet is turning in Conquest Points for it in Windurst. Most of the low-level Conquest items in Windurst are "Freesword's" something or other. Example: Freesword's Baghnakhs.
