this Tiger Leather doesnt sold by the NPC in sandy. I went there and only tiger hide on sale.

Synthesis?

Anyone know how to synthesize these? I have been getting up to the level where I can start to farm the tigers and I find these relatively often on the tigers. The fangs sell well whether I use them for the sandy quest or the AH but these only sell for about 600 gil on Odin. I noticed though that Tiger Leather sells for a ton.
