This drops off of Deadly Dodo, a NM that is a lottery spawn from killing Tabar Beaks. I've been trying to complete the MNK brown belt quest, and apparently Deadly Dodo does not have a 100% drop rate on the Dodo Skin, he sometimes drops these instead.

Actually he sometimes drops neither :)
i've killed it while farming meat and all i got was a Giant Feather

anyone know how much these sell for on the AH?
