Star necklace is a rare/ex quest item. Where would you find a +1 version, exactly?

learn to read friend, the +1 version of the item in mention, or the star necklace.
Technically, he should've written it the way youjust did: "+1 version, or the star necklace". Without the comma after the version, it does imply both being +1 versions.
