Can you get this item with CP if you're not Bastokan? I know one of the requirements for being able to spend CP in other countries is that you have to be higher ranked than them in conquest.

Is this still obtainable with conquest points because right now bastok is in first but none of the guards have it available, or do I have to be from Bastok?

All Iron Musketeer gear can be HQ but this one y is that i would like the HQ for my PLD
To be able to purchase this item with CPs, Bastok needs to be in 1st position of the Conquest.
I just hope that on some servers it happens more often than on Bismarck. Because since March I have seen it one, ONE time only!
Consequence of this.. it goes for 200-300k on the AH.. Guess I'll keep my Medieval Collar that I got for 2k a little bit more.

It used to be 150K on Gilgamesh, but then something funny happened ...
... Bastok got first for one of the first times since the PS2 release! You should have seen the price on this thing plummet as everyone threw their CP at this to make a quick penny. From 150K to 50K in a matter of a couple of days.
Even funnier, Bastok has been first place a lot of times lately on Gilgamesh Server, and due to this, the price isn't getting near 150K any time soon.
As of this moment, it's 95K for this little neck piece ... but there's always 10+ on sale at the time, which means there's still a noticable overflow of the item. It's going to keep dropping in price at this rate.

I checked this last night, gilga is now offering to you at a steady 200k, i think ill just save up the CP and hope that Bastok remains in first for a long time.

You can purchase CP items at the Embassy of the other nations for twice the CP points.

some items are only available if that country is in first place. Since this is a bstokian conquest item, I think Bastok has to be in first to be able to buy it with CP. Its like the mercenaries belt from Windurst at 30, Windurst has to be in first to get it with CP.

I have asked every paladin wearing this item if there is an easier way to obtain it other than through the AH, all respond with I cant speak english. Is this an exclusive item to the really rich and the JP players only.(100k at AH on Diablous server)
All of the other pieces of the Iron Musketeer set are obtainable through the use of Conquest Points in bastok. However It is not on any of the list for me when i looked in bastok. (I am from San D'oria) I also tried looking through the Conquest point list with one of my mules, a bastok resident...still no luck.
I have to assume that more items become available based on certain circumstances...such as rank or fame.
I am a lvl 48 paladin, Rank 5, max fame in San D'oria, minimal fame everywhere else.
If you have any answers for me please help me out.

Bastok has to be in first before you will see it on the list. You also have to be Rank 6 to obtain it. You have to spend 24,000 CP for it. No other way.
