its actually alot less than 48000 cp. I was lookin in Windy Embassy today aftre doing Shadow Lord, and it was either 32000cp or 36000cp. I wanna say it was 32000, ill edit later when I find out for sure.

This is bought in windhurst or at windhurst embassies from the w.w.

You get this from Conquest Points, at rank 8 or something like that. Nice prize, but until you're up there, probably not even an option =P

the rank 6 cp mantles are ex items. you cant buy them in the AH.
