Got 2 Busuto +1 out of 4 synths on lightningday with ~17% moon in Kazham without support.

Next try 0 Busuto +1 out of 8 synths on lightningday with ~76% moon in Bastok with advanced support.

Alchemy skill at that time was lvl65.
