The cap on Rapid Bow is actually 69, not 68. I had to craft two for guild points and already had 68.2, ended up getting 0.1 skillup for each bow I had to craft.

I just turned in Rapid Bow for 3655 Points. And second bow for 2825 points for total of 6480 for the day. Roughly 7 gil per guild point with the current prices for supplies on Asura.
Bah i'm suppose to make these for GP as woodworker 59 what is that NPC thinking...

Well, guild items are selected by rank. That is, every 24 hours, one item is selected for each rank (amateur, initiate, novice, etc). So, at level 59, if you have already turned in your test item and moved up to Craftsman rank, you will recieve the Craftsman item for the day. If you're at the low end of the Rank, it's certainly possible that you won't be able to reliably synth an item.

hmm i am Artisan WoodWorking, and got more than 3300GP, actually i forgot ; ; (between 3300-3600)
but my point is, that recipe cap is higher than 68, i think its 69, because i got 0.1 skills when i made them. and i was Lv68 ..

This is indeed correct. I just synthesized 4 Rapid Bows today for Guild Points. I had just hit level 68 and turned in my Ebony Wand before I made them. I got two 0.1 skillups while making them at level 68. I do not know what the cap is, but I have reason to believe it is 69.
Unfortunately for me, I had forgotten that the requested GP item changes if your guild rank changes. By the time I had taken my guild test and synthed these, my GP item changed from Rapid Bow at a potential 6200 GP to Maple Wand with a potential 1200 GP. >< Oh well, looks like I'll just have to wait longer for those damnable gloves.

This is worth approximately 3300 guild points, so don't cringe TOO much at the cost to make it.
On Shiva server you're looking at approximately 15000 gil for material cost, but it's worth it if you only have to make 2 of them to get the 6400 max for the day for making these. :)
