I just got archery to lvl 10 and I got the message learned new ablitie "Flaming Arrow!" okay weee!! It's a TP skill but I can't figure out how to use it. I just get my swords TP list when I try. Anyone know?

If you sub the Ranger job you can use Ranged Weapon Skills.

the skill is Ranger only. if your not a ranger, you cann't use it
