You need this to become Adept with the Culinary guild.

You can buy this at the inn near the guild for about 6.6k gil. I believe it's called Timbre Tavern or something like that.

This might be expensive, but you're guaranteed not to blow it up in your face.

sopa de pez blanco is whitefish stew in spainish. i dunno if there is a difference in the game between the two but i just wanted to point that out

I just tried to make this with a black sole. It worked but i got a "bowl of sopa de pez blanco".

And that stupid fish cost me 10500 gil at the guild because you cant get them at AH noooo :( .

I need that for the level cap 80 cooking skill quest and he wants a Whitefish Stew. Anyone know how to make it?

It's actually black sole used to make this probably. The list this was taken from has both the HQ and normal with seperate recipes w/o making a good distinction.
