These vendor at the guild for 750g each with lvl 3 fame.

You can make quite a bit more off the black eels by making this and selling it to the cooking guild than you can selling them outright to the fishing guild. That's with the current 800-1k price for a stack of fire crystals.

uhm - it says evasion +5 on the stats. So take it at that. ^^
