I'm a 73 blacksmith and am currently leveling up on Commodes. (rosewood x5) They sell for about 35k on my server and each log goes for 7k, so I break even, unless I HQ a bundling twine synth. What level can I start making these? Oak lumber is a little cheaper and you need 1 less than the commode. Plus you can use a uber cheap Holly. Seems like these sell for about as much as well.

These usually sell for about 30k on my server. My mules have an aboundance of them, as I have alot of garbage I won't throw away. Since their so cheap and offer so much storage, their ideal for storage mules that don't leave their city.

Is it possible to rotate these so they face a different direction in the Mog House? If so, how?

if you are on the ps2 use the square button while in "layout". if u are on the pc and don't have a ps2 controller adapter, use the menu button "-" while in "layout" and that will rotate it :)
you can receive up to 6320 guild points per day and one cabinet is worth 3200 guild points.

When I placed this in my house, I got a Moghancement: Fishing.

I think the fishing enhancement makes you find more items, I could be wrong though.

Unless this item's sale is contingent on something like nation conquest standing, this item is not sold at Justi's furniture store. I have max Sandy fame, am rank 5, and Sandy is currently second in conquest. The Cupboard and Coffer, both furnitures starting with "C" as well, are sold at Justi's store.

This item when put into your Mog House Vault will give you 1slot that you can use in the "Storage" section of your Mog House. -It kinda defeats the purpose of having it...unless you want it for decoration.-

Just so you know, since the last update, storage space for some items has been changed.
I do believe that adding a cabinet to your room increases your storage space by 4. thus adding a collective space of +3 if you take into account that the Cabinet takes up 1 space in your mog safe. I will send this info in, hopefully if it reflects it above, then I was successful :)
