Dunno if it'll help anyone, but I got this item for GP on 2 specific days; Feb. 19th and March 13th. I have Cooking lvl 64 currently. I'll try and keep an eye on what's made on certain days, hope to get a pattern down!

The actual stats are Dex+1, and it lasts for 3 hours. I think it still has -1MND. Good for skill ups. I got about .6 on a single stack.
HQ item is Medicinal Quus. Don't know what the stats are but it probably lasts for 90 minutes. It sells to NPC's for 600 gil with level 9 fame, I didn't try the culinary guild or the GP NPC.

These are worth 356 guild points each. And they are kinda pricey to make.

On my server they rarely sell, and when they do it's for about 1000 gil.
