I just saw this item and i tought "Wow! cheap acc+! and sold by a npc vendor too! this can't be true!"
So i went to windy waters and looked 4 the npc, ready to buy a few stacks, and i saw NOTHING!
The mithra doesn't sell any single carp sushi, and windy is 1st in my server now, if u know when she sells carp sushi please give me a help, i'm Darenny in Fairy server

The point is... Windy must be first AND you must be from Windurst. Have a mule buy 'em for you.
Could I use this in a PT if I am in a need to save money (like for hauby) so I'm using something for my acc instead of not using anything or using att food. Or is there something even cheaper to use thats better. Or will this be so bad that its worth buying the more costly sushi's?

Allakhazam hasn't updated their foods since the big patch that changed all of them. Somepage's food effects are up to date. I have not eaten this (don't have a job that needs to, yet), but I would be willing to place a pretty high bet that Somepage is the site with the correct information.

The list here says the Skill Cap is 54. I'm level 50 and have gotten no skillups in 2 stacks. I've only failed once. Anyone know about the cap?

have u taken the journeyman test? i did that at lvl 30 >< i felt so stupid after wasting like 2 stacks of fire crystals realizing i 4got ta test ta 31 =/

I got skill-ups on this at level 50 but since the cap is only 4 levels above it I didnt get much of a skill-up on it. i made a stack and got .2 i think. they dont seem to sell well at Ah either. Better to sell to a vendor probably unless something changes. though that might just be the Seraph server. They are in a weird place. Under Bread & Rice makes sense I guess but it's weird because of the other sushis.

Carp Sushi can be found under:
Cooking --> Meals --> Breads & Rice
Unlike the other sushi, Carp was in the game prior to the CoP expansion, thus the odd AH spot, and being able to make it without Raw Fish Handling.

I haven't tested these, but here is a relavent quote from S-E update announcements:
