I'd just like to note that the Yield for NQ is 4 not 1. 11/12 synths I did of these for a SAM friend produced 4. The one synth where I didn't I got 2 Naval Rice Balls from a HQ.

At level 55, before I can even equip the AF, meat mithkabobs add more to my attack than these would. They also add STR which the balls don't.
+5 str and +22% attk is better than +45% attk as the attk bonus is capped based on your STR bonus, much like how DEX is linked with acc, +6 dex +15 acc is bettert han +25 acc.

Kelp aint much, buy it @ windurst at the fishing shop. Or fish for it. It was the first thing i caught^^;.
Supposedly it adds a lot of attack/defense for Sams wearing their AF gloves? No idea if it's true.

yeah Its true. It adds +45 attack and about +31 to defence.
