This would seem to be cheap tank food for ninjas, seeing as how they need the extra enmity (less charisma) to hold hate. For other tanks I would recommend the white bread - more HPs, VIT.
Please do not keep posting this mis-information. CHR has no direct effect on emnity. SE have said so in many interviews.
