Does anyone know of a food similar to this one that would give +10 INT? I'm a 52 RDM/WHM, so I need all the INT I can get. Plus, most of my gear is MP+, not INT+, and INT+ gear is incredibly expensive (on Hades) anyway.

I find that this food is particulary good for RDM. You can have great gear combos and manage to get higher bonus to other stats then only concentrate on MND++ using these. (especially for RDM and lower levels) I do not consider the -5CHR a prob with proper pt setup. And btw it's not only the way your tank is playing that affects if you get hit or not!
Charisma isn't needed for RDM. It could be 100 or -100 and it would make no difference to your play. Emnity is not directly linked to Charisma, and there is no evidence to suggest it affects any job other than BST or BRD.

Actually, CHA has 2 purposes for jobs other then BRDs and BSTs.
1. If an ability is CHA based, then it's resist is also CHA based. Basically offensive bard songs and charm-type effects.
2. Some weaponskills do more damage/effect with higher CHA.
Obviously, these situation aren't that common, so unless you plan on fighting corses, yovras or BST NMs in Dynamis, having negative CHA isn't going to hurt you.

Its for MNKs, better food for a mage.
This food now lasts 180 mins, and no longer has -50% base defense. Sold by Pawkrix for 1140 with hero fame. Corrections sent along with picture.

These last at least 2.5 hours, I used one at 6 pm, and it was still active when the party quit at 8:30 pm.

I freaking love these things. MND+10 is great! I normally have MND+12, but these are great. I once used one of these in a party that had a BRD and had a total of +26 MND. Who cares about the def -50% these are very much worth it. they're about 1.2k at the goblin tavern in lower jeuno.

Now I am a RDM and with my gear I lack MND but have a grip or INT but with this!! 10+MND is what i need to have my Slow spell stick nd as far as -50%DEF WHO CARES!! you're a mage you should'nt be fighting any damn way lol thats what phalanx blink and stoneskin was made for and if your Tank is good then that mob should have no reason to even come at you. But take my advice RDM's this is for you if you have alot of INT then MND
