It seems to suck that this isn't mineable.. I wish it was :( (can't afford it in AH, way too dam expensive).

Says recipies from onyx but... it looks like its from black rock instead or is this how high craft jewling or +1 gear labeled as?

Poorly worded. What is meant is that you use the recipe for Onyx (Wind and 1 Black Rock) and if you're very lucky, instead of crafting Onyx, you will get one of the 3 HQ results.

HQ 1: Onyx x 1
HQ 2: Painite x 1
HQ 3: Deathstone x 1

~~(side note: Nice of SE to make an HQ results the same as a NQ result!)~~
