i made these and HQ'd 3 of these, woodwokin is 60 and smithing 23, was quite surprised. May be more worth while to buy from a NPC or Spam the AH's cause synthin is very expensive for 12 of em anyhow. and u need 8 for all the points.

you are incorrect. theives can equip ammo for this.
