Well, it is terribly common in BCNM40, the one with the Onions. You know, the one EVERYONE does (it has Uts: Ni, Erase and Phalanx). Also, it's really only fit for blink tanks because most of the combat classes should be using the Brave Belt until they get that tasty Sword Belt and most of the mages who can equip it should probably grab an Int/Mnd/MP belt instead. But man, this is the one lucky break (and cheap) item that Ninjas get for a while. Half a hairpin for 1/100th the cost? I'm sold.
