The amemit skin sells for 180k-190k on Ramuh and the mantles sell for around 9k-10k. The +1's sell for around 800k though.

Two night in a row of partying in kuftal, a BST 70-75 comes and takes this thing down, fast.
The reason it sells so low is because high level leather crafters buy let's say.... as many of these skins as they can, and craft them all. They are trying for the +1 version (obviously) but, if they don't get the +1, they don't really care about the mantle, so they sell it off for a low amount so it will stop taking up their AH room.

If you got 50k from a four way split of 250k, you got jacked buddy ;-)
I would imagine the regualr Amemit mantle should be more expensive.
On gilgamesh Amemit Skin is approx 200-250k but a regular mantle sells for 100-110k
Not that I'm complaining that the price is so cheap...

Heh on Bahamut the skin sells for the same price yet the mantle goes for only 40k.
The trick is it is a pretty low level of leathercraft and should only be attempted when your leathercraft skill is much higher and you can +1 it often.
I wish the regular one sold for more, but for some reason it doesn't.

Took it down yesterday for the 3-4 time. Droped 1 Skin. Sells 250k on Quetzalcoatl. Since we had 4 people go. 58 RDM, 60 RDM(me), 73 NIN, 73 BRD. We split 50k Evenly. So it wasn't bad.
250k and an even Split of 50k each? ..... 50k x 4 = 200k... u deserve being ripped off...

Sells for about 580,000 on Catsith server
The NM killed a 4 Lv 70+ group (they got eventually 4 other lizards and a crab raping them)
2 groups of lv 55+ and 2 Lv 75 eventually took it down (took about 5min)
Note this almsot killed the Lv75 DRK using defender hitting 600's)

um...hitting 600"s the liz on a lvl 75 DRK with defender up?? <lie> and you sure it isnt the mantle that sells for 580, 000 either that or your completely lost
dude the mantle is 3k on Bismarck never checked the skin tho. only reason crafters buy skin for that much is because they are probably high in crafting levels and know that they have a chance to hq it and make profit.
