Most definately incorrect. As a matter of fact, I don't think there is a single Arcana that spawns in in those mines.
As another poster said, Arcana are common items given life through arcane means.
Bombs, Snolls, Clusters
Dolls, Pots, Golems
Evil Weapons
Cardians

Arcana are mobs that are not naturally created, at least thats what I think. Bombs, Weapons, Golems, Dolls, etc are all arcana mobs. I think I missed some but these are the most common.
