non-elemental weather triggers

actually, sunny weather is anytime there is no prevellant element active. So depending on the area, like vd or altepa, you can get sunny weather alot, but in places like beaudecine, where it's almost always snowing, sunny weather can be harder to come by.

Triggers under LIGHT ELEMENTAL WEATHER

The item description (and GMs, I might add) are WRONG. It is NOT Fire weather, OR Sunny weather, it is LIGHT.

This 'company' was created by IGE.
IGE Now effectively owns Allakhazam.

there really is no such thing as sunny weather, when the weather npc's say an area will be sunny or cloudy all that means is that there will be no weather effects

sunny weather is most common in Altepa and in Valkrum. Get a forecast of 3 days of sun and you'll get the heat symbol at the bottom. It's also known to appear in the Jungles Yhoator and Yutunga.

Just because the sun's out probably wont activate this.

It's activated by Daytime, not wether, it will be active when ever it is not Night.

I don't own this and won't pretend to know but many things like this require you to have a signet on. It may sound stupid but it is a common problem.....

I still have to see the Regen effect. I've been smashing mobs, resting for a while, standing jobless for hours and even zoning and I still can't see the regen effect come to play. Checked the weather and ran around during the day still nothing. ><

Can anyone tell me when it kicks off?

PS: it says 'Sunny Weather: Adds Regen Effect' to be exact lol >.>

Sunny Weather is a specific forecast that a zone can get for weather; as opposed to any Elemental weather, as well as cloudy, or overcast.

I've tried that. I've asked the NPC weather forecaster about weather in different places. Closest was Jeuno and Rolanberry fields at that time with sunny weather. So I unequipped and reequiped some +hp items for the loss in health and just stood there with the pole. Nothing happens ><

Do you think a GM would answer the question if I called him?

Actually

The added effect is incorrect. It adds a regen effect in sunny weather, not additional damage.
