Started trying to HQ these for fishing friend at 76 alchemy and 35 gsmith; now up to 80 alchemy and 38 gsmith. I get anywhere from 1-5 sinking minnows for every 2 stacks worth of supplies but it's usually only 1-2. I mostly use the recipe that has copper ingots, cheaper to come by. Most of the attempts have been on light, dark, and firesdays; moon phase hasn't seemed to make a difference or the day I had done it on either.....
