They need to start adding more quests in order to get spells, including this 1. I'll admit that I'm currently a lvl 47 WHM & don't have @ half of the spells needed to operate correctly in a party. This mainly because of greedy sob's(RMTs mostly) who seem to think that it's funny raising prices so ppl can't get what they need in order to be good in a party.
