LOL even 125k isay yer getting ripped off.....right now on Asura server there goin for 90k and probly dropping even more

I wish that phenomenon would occur on Sylph...still around 120-150k ><
I just picked one up on Carbuncle for 45k, and I've seen them lower.
I got mine for 14k on Caitsith.

hey everyone i thought i would just post how much i bought mine for, because i want to be so god dam cool like all of you. Yes we know there cheap. No we dont care that you got yours for 30k or 27k or some other meaningless amount of gil. if you want to feel special go to school get an education take over the world and help destroy it like everyone else.

I got mine for 48k on Bahamut and the price seems to continue to drop. Also dark and light staffs vary from 90-110k, i like me server :)
I feel bad for you people, buying this staff for 500k+, i bought mine for 125k on Cerberus server,
and i bought my Dark staff for 180k...

People gardening items needed to make the elemental beads in their Mog Houses have made the staves prices drop like a rock. HQ versions are still expensive though ><

With this staff, my Freeze does around 950 damage on a single mob w/o MB. Just gotta save for the dark staff now ^^

This staff have hidden efects like the other level 51 staves...

I've heard a lot of rumors about these staves having 'hidden attributes'. I'm not convinced. Long ago I stopped taking ppl's word on stuff in this game, cuz most of the things ppl say regarding this type of thing is pure speculation and they're 'talking out of their ***' telling you something they heard from a high lvl friend who believes it to be true. I've heard a blm should have every elemental staff and macro the staff in with each spell of the same element. ex: fire staff for casting fire or burn ect. well, if you cast fire with a fire staff equipped, you have -4int and -10 elemental magic skill when you cast fire. IMHO i don't think losing 4int and 10skill points is worth hoping a suppossed 'hidden stat' kicks in. But we all pay $13/month so do what you want =P

I have one that I have yet to use (to0 low a lvl) but have never heard of any "Hidden Effects" though most blm say its the best staff due to its int+4 and Elemental magic skill +10. aside from the +10 mp while healing of the Dark staff. For blm I believe both are a must.. if you have the gil or skill to get one/make one
Actually, the ice staff reduces the strength of wind spells, not fire, based on reports from LS members who have the ice staff.
Confirmed this myself using Aero II, Blizzard II and Freeze... as well as not noticing any difference in Thunder II, Fire II and Stone II. This is with respect to having an Ice Staff and a Chestnut Wand. Both have the same Int+4, but the Ice Staff has Elemental+10. Freeze did about 80 more DMG to a Wild Rabbit with the Ice Staff than with the Chestnut Wand. I used WR cuz they are all the same lvl.

Anywhere from 400k to 600k, depending on server.

you have to be lvl 75 wood working....u use 1 ice bead and ebony lumber
