They are one time use, stack to 99, and should be in the Weapons->Ammunition section on the AH.

Unfortunately the way most crafts make money is by relying on HQs :(

yeah well considering Steel Ingots are high quality iron ingots, these aren't cheap to make.

went to norg today to buy these. got there b4 9 so the shop wasnt open yet. waited, right when the clock hits 9 i open the shop. to my surprise it only lets me buy 25??? so now i have to wait 4 days to get a stack? they were also 58-59 gil now instead of 29. nebody else notice this?

You know, since it's a guild, it's tricky. If they only get 25 a day, then yeah, you would have to wait 4 days to get a stack. If you buy the 25 each day though, they will cost more the next day. Whereas if you wait the 4 days and don't buy any until the 4th, they will be cheap. But then again, some other person might run by and get them all. It's a gamble.

Unfortunately, since it is a guild shop (yes Tenshodo is a guild:() the price will increase if they are bought. So, if you stay there for 4 days, each day they will get more and more expensive... or at least that has been my experience. The best way to get these is to get obnoxious smithing and HQ from the antican paldron thing... Otherwise... stick with shuriken. I ended up paying an ls member 33k a stack for these bad boys the other day:(... but ya gotta do what you gotta do. And I don't want to hear a ranger complain about arrows again...
If you look at the top in the menu when you buy these, it's from the guild shop.
Anyone that takes up a craft should know or at least majority that guild shops have a limited supply of materials and etc.
Not sure if they restock themselves over a period of time but they can also be restocked if someone sells the item to the guild shop.

You said you got the Shurikens for cheaper w/ "hero fame". Is that norg fame u get from getting 250 yagudo bead necklaces? I have enough fame there to get utsesmi, is that enough?
I just checked the Tenshodo shop in Jeuno, and they had them listed at 58 gil each. I don't know if there is a limit to how many there are stocked, I didn't bother to check.

I priced making these on my server; cost 36K to make 4 stacks. Selling at 10 K each a profit of 4 K mius any synthesis loss. I would say 10K per stack is cheap considering the materials, time and risk.
Many items are not worth making like this one at least for profit. Probally why there are rarely any available. If people would pay a decent price 15K per stack I bet they would be available.

This item, like many others, is most likely an "HQ Biased" item to make -- someone with 60 Smithing would regularly make more than 5 stacks of Shuriken for one stack of synths, especially on good days, or if they were over 70 skill.
They are simply not worth crafting unless the cost per Shuriken can drop below the price per Shuriken from a vendor.

I never see any shurikens for sell in any AH on the Fairy server. I have mules in windy, bask, and sandy...im mostly in jeun...and I can never find any for sell???
About how much gil would it take me to get smithing to 21 so I can craft my own shurikens??

These can now be purchased in Norg, for much cheaper than 10k a stack. But when I went, they only had 55, so they might have very limited numbers.

I wonder if it's a coincidence or if they have a daily limit of 55 (and few people are going to Norg). I went there yesterday and they had 55 shurikens for 29 each. On the auction block they are 9k a stack in Jeuno (on Titan).

These things are insainly priced on my server (Cerberus) they are 10k at the AH. Seem to not be an incredibly complex recipe, and have a high amount per craft... they are just way too expensive....

As another poster said, the steel ingot drives the price. On carbuncle server I can sell my steel ingots for 5k, and even more in jueno. Considering you need 3 ingots to make a stack of 99, 10k at AH is a good price. The only way they are making money is when the have an HQ synth and make 66 or 99 from one. And relying on HQ's to make money is not how I want to make money.

I think you'll find that the driver behind the high price on these is the steel ingot. This component is part of the gobbie bag quest (part 1) and the ingot itself is a HQ synthesis. These make it a very sellable commodity.
