Seeing as to how some of the posters have experienced a Regen effect from this mantle, and both accounts occured in Qufim...
And also, taking into the account of the namesake of this mantle...
I think it's highly possible that the regen effect only kicks in when an Aurora Borealis occurs due to the rare Light weather in Qufim. o.Ob

ok i was hangin out in qufim waitin on some people to show up so i could help them in the tower.. and i noticed that i had regen from somewhere and found out by removing all armor and puttin on one by one that there is a hidden effect on this item that gives u auto-regen.. it only gives u the auto-regen where there is light out (iwas killin light elementals) now that day there was double light so i dont know if it only works with double light or if it works whenever theres normal light.^^ but just thought id share this with everyone out there

Are you sure it was this? It should say in the description a stat like that... What level are you? If you are WHM, or /WHM25, you will have Auto-Regen as a passive ability anyways.
