Sleeping Potion  

I highly suggest Jugner Forest for farming the sleepshrooms for these, in particular the area called Spore Hollow on the map, just run thru and link every Funguar in the area, kill them all, rest to full link them all kill them all, repeat repeat, etc. (63 THF/NIN) Also, yes you can easily steal sleepshrooms from them.

Water clusters are easy to get in Pashow Marshlands, and chamomile is sold for about 120 each from a little girl just to the left of the Ru'Lude Gardens auction house, down some steps.

Poison flour is in the far back of the gobbie shop in Lower Jeuno, sold by Pawkrix, about 515 each.

Thats 7620 gil for a stack's worth of materials, +2k for me for each stack of crystals, since I was lazy and didn't farm crystals. Thats about 10k a stack roughly, assuming you don't break a terrible number of them, and sleeping pots sell for 35k a stack on my server. Skill up and money? {Yes, please}

Just thought I'd share. After doing tons of holy water I was looking for something fairly easy and didn't notice this for a while.

Also, I didn't notice that skill ups were too bad myself, maybe you just crafted at a bad time for skill ups. (I've made nearly 5 stacks of sleeping pots successfully and have gotten around 2.5 skill ups in lvl I'd guess. That seems pretty normal to me.)

I did alchemy 51-56 on these. These are great for skillups for 2 reasons. The materials are very cheap. the shrooms are like 20k a stack on my server, but these things drop like crazy and you can steal them. They can also drop 2 at a time from one spore, so you can get 3 on one shroom if you steal one too. Also, even if you pay 20k a stack for these, you are still making a decent profit. When i was skilling on these, id get 50-70k a stack, and the materials cost me about 12k if i farmed the Shrooms.

OMFG!! this is just as bad as cooking 57-60 -.-Skill ups are running at a minimal.guess ill try hi potions.

currently at 63 now, and looking at my list, you'll want to keep these sleep pots if you can to make sleep bolt heads (need smith 11 minimum for decent skillups, I think).

I've been making tons of hi-ethers and venoms, but have barely gotten any levels since 61, so I'm attempting to narrow the range in craft levels, as I find it more effective not going too high. Sleep bolt heads at 67 is about the only thing that you can make that doesn't require a large outlay of gil or high craft in other crafts.

How do you use this on a MOB?
I bought one and wasn't able to use it on anyone besides myself, OK if you want a nap I guess.
Any help would be appreciated.
