75THF with TH3 been here for 5.5 hrs still no drop
wow, so I go trigger my CS as DRK59, talk to Zeid, and then decide to go back n change to my RDM75/THF29 subbed for TH1 at least, and pop on back to Turtle-land. Run thru, kack a few on the way for <fun> (I aggroed on them) and drop down to engage the first Topaz Quadav I find in the trenches. Yes, K-7 was the area - TY for that tip. Shadows n SS held out against me for a few hits, I poison IIed and Bio IIed it to keep it busy when it did slip my silences, and proceeded to slash it apart. 2 weak-ass Savage Blades later, I'm gagging as it goes down and the blood drops... <too weak>. The mob was Too Weak, so I'd expected a big long string of them to get the drop, but hey - 1/1... Now to see if my LS is up to the task of finishing this.
not braggin, but this was a quick easy part of the quest, even picked up some Beastman Blood on the way in from the Derfland Outpost... :p

as someone said, k-7 is the spot for these guys
i think they did up the drop rate, i saw two in 30 minutes of killing these. of course the drk had already left for the second, so i just dropped it. oh well.

I dunno if its been changed to a really common drops or if im just lucky but i got like 4 of these off the Topaz Quadavs while trying to get my NPC to leave after coffer hunting, i was just killing every quad i cam across so i'd say i got one 50-75% of the times cause really there cant be to many topaz quads in the time it took for npc to leave. But yeah got 4 of these ended up chunking 3 cause i couldnt sell them and found out just know what its for, I'm a 72 pld/war i dont need this garbage, guess i'll chunk this last one as well. /sigh was hoping it was for some nifty quest i could do :( what a drag. Always just go camp it again if i decide to lvl drk ever... Well Good Luck to all the Darks out there cause I love you guys i just don't want to be one atm sooo Take Care and enjoy the game.

A ls mate and i were killing mythrill quads for myth armor and started killing topaz ... and got the drop 2 times in about 2 hours?

good luck getting this, it rarely drops... took us 4 hours to get one this afternoon
i'd like to note i solo'd a coffer key here in bout 45 minutes, it took nearly 2 hours to get this blood to drop!!

I got one in Beadeaux yesterday. Not sure what dropped it, I just realized I got it when I left, and checked inventory.
I was in a party earlier, killing Topaz Quadav for the blood, because our DRK who DID have the blood decided to go AFK for four hours. We fought these things for about three hours, going about 0-50, with no drop. We went down into the cave for the hell of it, and a Darksteel Quadav aggro'd. This was the first 5th tier or whatever Quadav we'd fought. Well, guess what dropped?

The mobs for this you can find at K-7 in Beadeaux. We just got one to drop while looking for the coffer key and we've been here for about 90 minutes or more. Also got the Paladin's Testamony but no key! >:E

We killed about six of these to get two bloods for our DRKs... I'd say they're not really that rare, unless we got REALLY lucky.
