The Rogue Rig isn't used to Catch only moat carp. I own one. It catches pretty much EVERY rusty item or regular item that can be fished up. Buckets, Gil, Lumber, etc. It can VERY RARELY catch a fish, and this is rare.

The Rogue Rig is the only lure that can catch moat carp. I haven't tested this personally but I've heard that it catches moats
