when i use this wep it drops my strength fom 69 to 18
This is a bit of an old post, but your attack stat would've dropped because you have little to no skill in polearms. Your skill in a weapon affects your attack and accuracy with said weapon type.

The battery should be in the AH under Ammunition.
Also, they used to be 1h, because of a glitch. I saw a level 25 DRG/NIN dual wielding these just for fun. THe glitch has been fixed, however.

Good and Evil are not as simple as two sides of a coin. If they were, and you were to flip that coin, then it would always land on it's side. Regarding Good and Evil, there is no black and white, just a million shades of gray.

the spark spear says additional affect of lightning with a battery equiped. What is a Battery?
