I also made a few of these while making Pebble Soup to turn in for guild points. Never really knew it existed, but after reading it's stats, realized it's like the Ambrosia for your jobs under level 5! lol

What else imparts wisdom and stones? It's laced with LSD obviously.
#Anonymous, Posted: Aug 12 2004 at 4:23 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) My guess as to what the "lil' extra somethin-somethin'" is: Pimp Juice... and you wondered why it had white around the edges. ;)

was making a stack of synths of pebble soup.

got 9/12 Wisdom Soup at level 60 (capped) cooking.

that's 75% synth rate, and these are _great_ low-level items.

This is an excellent item to make when you have some extra flint stones and fire crystals lying around.

This seems to be a reference to a fable I heard as a kid. Everyone in The Village was hungry, but none of them had enough ingredients to make a meal, and apparently they were either not smart enough to work together or were just greedy like that. Anyway, some stranger comes in and offers to make them a pot of stone soup. He just puts a stone in a pot of water and sets it over a fire, and then starts suggesting to one villager after another that they add something to make it taste better. Lo and behold, it develops into an actual edible soup with a stone in the bottom.

The 'little something extra' refers to each of the things added by the ditzy villagers, and the wisdom is the message of cooperation in the story. :)
