I keep getting this drop from Yagudo Assassin at castle Oztroja, ummm wonder why he doesn't used it? (^.^)
All Ni spells are drop except Utsusemi which is dropped or quested

What is the difference between Tonko: Ichi and Tonko: Ni? I guess Ni lasts longer? If anyone knows please post.

Actually Tonkos aren't a roll of the dice like the invisible spell. Tonko: Ichi lasts 3 minutes and Tonko: Ni lasts 5 minutes.

Faster cast time. I doubt it lasts longer, since invisible is kind of a roll of the die thing.

anyone know the quest for this too?
it's also pretty common, and cheap on bahamut like 3k cheap.
